NoCoder / Glider

MATSUI Shinya

I thought it was impossible to make an app by myself.
But before I knew it, I was making one.

I realised that times had changed.

Works

These works have all been produced in Japanese. However, it is also possible to create them in English.

PWA Apps with Glide

レストランアプリのトップ
Ristorante Sicilia
I have created an app for a fictional restaurant. An app for a restaurant can be created in a short time, as long as you have the standard publication data.

My Profile
I've created an app for my profile on Glide. In an age where having a 'presence' on the internet is essential, why not create your own profile app?

招待アプリのトップ
Let’s Party!
This app is for inviting people to a party. Your potential guests can answer whether they want to attend or not from the app. You can also check if there are any foods that your guests cannot eat and if there are any friends they would like to bring along.

Time for Temperature Check
Nothing is easier to digitise than a simple report. This app allows parents to take the temperature of their children and report the results. It is expected to improve time efficiency for school staff.

Shogi Club ”What's app?"
This is an information sharing app for a fictional Shogi club. It not only shares the text of announcements and images, but also has a chat function and a comment function. It is the best application for communication in the group.

No-Code Tools Explained Channel (Japanese only)
"Glide" is one of the easiest no-code tools to use. Heard of it? Don't worry. It's normal not to have heard of it!

Not only is it intuitive and easy to use, but with a bit of ingenuity you can create very versatile apps. And it's free! I have over 90 videos to show you how to use it. We hope you enjoy them; please note that the videos are currently only available in Japanese.

Profile

Matsui, Shinya
NoCoder / Glider

My name is Shinya Matsui and I enjoy creating apps every day.

I was born and raised in Kanagawa Prefecture of Japan, and after graduating from university, I started working at a national research institute as an administrative stuff member. At that time, I was in the middle of "IT Bubble". I was very interested in information-related work. Perhaps because of this, my boss assumed that I was good at computer technology, and assigned me to the information systems department.

For two years, I learnt requirements definition and business design techniques. However, I failed to learn the programming, which I wanted to learn.

After that, I had no connection with IT-related work. Moreover, I did not fit in at work and was diagnosed with an adjustment disorder. Fotunately I overcame my health issues and I started to learn programming again, but it didn't work well. That made me feel like I was never going to be able to develop apps.

However, in 2020, so-called "no-code revolution" suddenly became the talk of the town. Even if you don't know how to program, you can develop apps! Since then, I've been learning about no-code tools (especially Glide) intensively.

Books

Kindle Digital Publishingの画像
Due to the Covid-19 disaster that started in 2020, "Webinars" have suddenly gained a lot of attention.

But that doesn't mean that we can manage webinars easily. Not only do we not have equipments, but also we don't have the know-how either. We are under-budgeted, we don't have much time, and we don't have the skilled people around us.

Are you already in this situation? If so, this book is for you. In this book, you will find all the equipments you need to run a webinar and how to use them.

Note: This book is written in Japanese.
